Onsite Services Include: Lipid Profiles, Hemoglobin A1C, Urinalysis, Rapid Strep Testing, Influenza Testing, Hematocrit, TSH and stool studies.
Send Out Services: Lab services that we are not able to perform onsite will be drawn at the clinic and sent to area reference labs. Labs that are needed stat (right away) will be ordered and the patient will be asked to go to Labcorp or local hospital.

Carolina Primary Care and Internal Medicine offers an onsite full-service sleep center. Sleep apnea is a common problem that occurs when a person’s breathing is interrupted during sleep. Common causes of sleep apnea include overweight, enlarged tonsils and adenoids, excessive alcohol consumption and smoking, Sleep apnea can have serious affects on the heart is left untreated. Conditions include hypertension, pulmonary hypertension, heart attack, stroke, abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure.
Symptoms include loud snoring, fatigue, daytime sleepiness, restless sleep, awakening with choking, gasping or smothering, morning headaches, dry mouth, or sore throat. Waking frequently to urinate, low energy, difficulty concentrating or memory impairment, insomnia, mood changes or decreased interest in sex.
Electrocardiogram (EKG) – screening test used to check for signs of heart disease.
Spirometry – common office test used to assess how well your lungs work, especially for asthma or COPD patients.
Battlefield Acupuncture – noninvasive test used to treat a variety of pain and psychosomatic disorders.
